HEALDSBURG FAMILY HOUSING - HEALDSBURG, CA
This development consists of 11 townhouses with varying unit types and a community center. Additionally, the design incorporates many sustainable principles including preservation of on-site heritage trees, use of drought-tolerant plants for water efficiency, energy efficient appliances, low-VOC paints and recycled-content carpeting. The project also provides a pedestrian connection to downtown Healdsburg through restoration of the Foss Creek Trail.
ARROYO VISTA HOUSING - DUBLIN, CA
This project consists of 20 multi-family residential buildings as well as a 50-unit senior residence, a day care facility and a community center. The masterplan of this project put special emphasis on providing public green spaces and reducing the need for cars by allowing convenient access to local transit links.
SHOWA KINEN KOEN SENIOR HOUSING - TACHIKAWA, JAPAN
A 600 unit high-rise at the edge of one of Tokyo’s largest and most popular parks, this project consists of a range of independent living unit types as well as assisted living and nursing facilities. The program also includes two restaurants, an indoor pool and fitness center, two Ofuros (Japanese baths), and extensive landscaped grounds. 
BRIDGEPOINT SENIOR HOUSING - SAN FRANCISCO, CA
An adaptive re-use of the existing Shriners Hospital for Children in San Francisco, this complex consists of both a renovated portion and an addition that is sensitive to its historical context.
